From there, they were treated to a curated selection of some of the finest pieces from the World Jewelry Facets touring exhibition, alongside stunning one-off showpieces designed especially for the event. The latest collections from the world’s top brands were also displayed, together with new pieces from local brands, as well as from Greater China. If that wasn’t enough to inspire Hong Kong’s fashion lovers, there was also an exclusive showcase of 1950s icons with remarkable, one-of-a-kind designs from the Swarovski archive in Austria. It included exhibits by those masters of couture: an exquisite dress by Christian Dior and a bracelet by Schiaparelli.
From minimalist to maximalist and classic to cutting-edge, it was a demonstration of an astonishing range of artistry from all over the world, showcased in glittering Hong Kong.
