Fans in China Sparkle up Their Images with Swarovski Crystals Using the PicsArt App
Lucky PicsArt users in China get a chance to experience the new “Crystal Brush,” a stunning new photo-editing tool that enables you to turn photos into fantasy works of art with stunning, lifelike crystals from Swarovski.
If you haven’t heard of or explored the PicsArt app, then you’ve been missing out on the opportunity to take your photos to an entirely new level of glitz, glam and sparkle.
PicsArt, an app that recently catapulted to the top 10 photo-editing apps in China, is using Swarovski’s Infinite Brilliance pop-up exhibition (at the landmark HKRI Taikoo Hui, Shanghai) as a launch pad for its stunning new photo-enhancing tool: the “Crystal Brush.”
The Crystal Brush enables China-based PicsArt users to edit and embellish their images with incredibly real-life looking crystals and stickers from Swarovski’s latest assortment of crystal innovations. The enhanced images can then be shared across any social media platform, such as Instagram, Facebook, or messaging apps, including Weibo and WeChat. Users can also upload selfies and apply a Swarovski crystal-inspired scene that mimics the style of the Infinite Brilliance pop-up showcase; it features stunning contemporary work from more than 30 leading Chinese and international brands and designers, such as Jimmy Choo, Alberta Ferretti, Viktor & Rolf, and Atelier Swarovski.
To top off the pop-up showcase excitement, Chinese fans are invited to join the Infinite Brilliance two-week challenge currently taking place within the PicsArt app. Fans are invited to join the PicsArt community and create photo edits using the new Crystal Brush and Swarovski-inspired stickers (found on the Swarovski’s PicsArt profile) and submit their creative edits before August 31. The PicsArt community will then vote on all submitted artwork and choose their top three favorites. Winners will be announced by September 3.
