Launching The Limited Edition PUMA Suede with crystals From Swarovski

One of the world’s most influential sneakers, it’s celebrating its 50th anniversary with a series of limited-edition drops. Among PUMA’s collaborators are legends of culture, pop culture and subculture. Now it’s Swarovski’s turn to add a little sparkle to a legend.
A titan in footwear since 1948, PUMA broke new ground 20 years later when the Suede stepped onto the sidewalks. It had something totally new—something that could be styled with attitude: a thicker sole with a soft yet strong velvety suede upper. This had an historic impact on streetwear and earned it instant classic status.
What better way to pay tribute than with a year-long campaign (2017/18), involving some of the biggest and most exciting names from music and fashion, the streets and pop culture. We’ve already seen interpretations from the likes of street-artist-turned-art-world-sensation Bradley Theodore, plus couture legend Karl Lagerfeld.
Now step up the “PUMA with crystals from Swarovski.” Launching on December 13, it’s among the final PUMA Suede collaborations—and boy, was it worth the wait: the signature Suede comes in luxurious inky black with the brand’s famous Formstrip logo picked out in dazzling crystals from Swarovski, set off by a clean white sole and black waxed laces.
