Swarovski Gives Rotary’s Classic Kensington Timepiece an Elegant Finish
Crystallizing the marriage of Swiss quality with classic English elegance, Rotary’s latest Kensington dress watch marks another milestone in a long and proud tradition. The range is already noted for its refined looks, and now it’s been given a luxe update with a dozen beautiful Swarovski baguettes.
Since it was founded over a century ago in the Swiss city of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Rotary has earned a worldwide reputation for its premium timepieces. Today, all its watches are designed in Clerkenwell in London’s fashionable East End, and the traditional center of English clock making. This is the kind of heritage with which Swarovski is proud to partner, a sentiment echoed by Rotary’s Head of Design, Matthew O’Neill: “We not only share a passion for innovation, but also a rich heritage of expertise – both brands were founded in the very same year of 1895.”
This new Kensington timepiece comes in three chic colorways: a pink mother-of-pearl dial warms the stainless-steel model with its subtly iridescent luster. The rose gold-coated stainless steel and two-tone rose gold-coated stainless-steel models glisten with a white mother-of-pearl dial.
Twelve Swarovski Fancy Stones in a classic gemstone-inspired cut make up the hour batons, framing the delicate inner track and lighting up the hands beautifully. Each is encased within scratch-resistant sapphire glass and is water resistant to 50m. Check out Rotary’s famous “winged wheel” logo, the company’s famous signature and mark of excellence.
